Luxury real estate brand, 15 architectural renders, Meta + LinkedIn campaigns

Problem

Ezzy Elite Privé Residences is a luxury development in Bangalore competing against established names like Prestige, Brigade, and Sobha. The developer had land, architectural plans, and ambition, but no brand, no visual content, and no digital marketing infrastructure. They needed to look like a premium player from day one, before a single brick was laid.

Approach

We started with strategic positioning: "Where Architecture Breathes" became the tagline, anchoring the brand in biophilic luxury. Then we produced 15 photorealistic architectural visualizations at 8K resolution, covering every key selling angle: aerial hero, pool deck, double-height interiors, balcony golden hour, rooftop terraces, and street-level entrances. Each render was art-directed for specific channels. Wide landscapes for website banners. Square crops for Meta carousel ads. Vertical crops for Instagram stories. We also built a LinkedIn thought leadership series positioning the developer as an expert on Bangalore real estate trends, with data-driven posts on infrastructure corridors, transit-oriented development, and market repricing.
